Thank you for choosing my mix to go on to Round 2. That was quick judging! Unfortunately for me - too quick. I am out of town on a little trip with my wife and won't be home until Tuesday the 27th past the deadline. I won't be able to compete in Round 2. The final Round 1 judging is not usually so quick. I figured I'd have plenty of time to adjust my mix if chosen. I was wrong.

If you would like to bump someone else up to Round 2 to take my spot, feel free.

Glad to be in round 2! this is the second challenge I´m in an it means a lot to me, so thank you Gary!

I took care of what you mentioned on your feedback: made the intro snare come up in level, reduced a couple dB around 700 hz during the old section and made the fade out start earlier.
I also got rid of some low/mid frequencies on guitars and brass that to me made the song sound a little muddy.
On the master bus I added some parallel compression, some slight stereo enhancement and finally a limiter with 2.4dB of gain.

I hope you like this version even more than the last one!
